No relationship until documents are signed

Contacting us, submitting a deal, or receiving a term sheet does not create a lender and borrower relationship. That relationship begins only when both parties sign loan documents.

Information you send us

When you send us information about a property or project, through our deal submission form or by email, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to share it. Please do not send account passwords or other sensitive credentials through this site or the form.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages when you submit a deal, ALMI Lending may text you about your deal and your financing request, such as follow-up questions, scheduling, and updates on your deal. Agreeing is not a condition of obtaining a loan.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, copy its content for commercial purposes, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The ALMI Lending name, logo, text, photographs, and design of this site belong to ALMI Lending LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use requires our written permission.

Links to other websites

This site links to other websites, including almicapital.com. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

No warranties
