Information we collect

Information you submit through our deal form. When you use our deal submission form, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and details about your project and the financing you are seeking.

Information you send us. When you email us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, the type of loan you are interested in, and details about your project.

Information collected automatically. Our website host, Vercel, records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. The service provider that hosts our deal submission form records similar information. This information is used to operate and secure the site and the form.

Cookies and tracking. This website does not use cookies, analytics tools, or advertising trackers. Our deal submission form uses cookies that it needs to work, a security check from Cloudflare that helps block automated abuse, and the Meta Pixel. The Meta Pixel tells Meta when someone visits or uses the form, so we can measure and improve our advertising. Meta handles this information under its own privacy policy. You can limit this tracking through your browser settings and your ad preferences on Meta.

Our deal submission form

The Submit Your Deal buttons on this site open our deal submission form at loan.almilend.com. ALMI Lending operates the form, and this policy applies to the information you enter there. When you email us at loans@almilend.com, your message is sent through your email provider, and we receive it as an email.

Calls, text messages, and emails

When you submit a deal, you can agree to receive calls, text messages, and emails from ALMI Lending about your deal and your financing request. Agreeing is not required to obtain a loan.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your consent to receive text messages with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with service providers that help us send messages and support you. Your text message opt-in and consent are never shared with any other third party.

How we use information

• To evaluate a loan request you make
• To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your deal, if you agreed to it
• To keep records of our communications
• To operate, maintain, and protect this website
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you or as required by law, for example:

• With service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, the host of our deal submission form, and the providers that deliver our emails and text messages
• With parties involved in evaluating or closing a loan you request, such as appraisers, title companies, attorneys, and capital partners
• When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of others
• As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy

None of these purposes includes sharing your mobile phone number or text message consent for anyone else's marketing, as described in the section on calls, text messages, and emails.

Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and one image from Unsplash. Our deal submission form uses Cloudflare and Meta, as described above. When your browser requests files from these providers, they receive your IP address and basic browser information under their own privacy policies. The site also links to other websites, including almicapital.com, which have their own policies.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, including to meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping requirements.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us by emailing loans@almilend.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law.

Children

This website is intended for business and real estate professionals. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
